I am frustrated with the cumbersome steps needed to download product. I have a 30 day trial membership to see if I would be interested in going pro annually. However, I see I must download a specific softeware to access the catalog. I am not that tech savvy and with everything going on with personal information being hijacked, I’m reluctant to download the specific software for trial members. It would have been nice to to know this upfront.

Will convert you to non trial for free, test the water kinda thing
